Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Service Delivery team with day-to-day administration
• Maintaining and updating customer and operational data
• Producing reports and analysing information using Excel
• Monitoring service performance and KPI data
• Coordinating customer requests and ensuring timely resolution
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Managing documentation, records, and system updates
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

Requirements

• Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
• Confident working with systems, data, and reporting tools
