Customer Service Administrator in Dundee, Dundee City

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their office-based team on a full-time basis.

This is a temporary role with the view to go perm.

The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email, processing sales orders, preparing quotations, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for customer queries and will also manage account monitoring, including chasing payments and resolving invoice issues. The position offers a friendly, casual dress environment, car parking, and a supportive team dynamic.

• Experience in customer service and administration roles preferred
