Vibe Recruit is recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator on behalf of a leading manufacturing client in Blackwood.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to join a busy team, supporting customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Location: Blackwood
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
  • Liaise with Planning, Logistics, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
  • Produce customer reports and provide regular updates on order status.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or account administration experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems.
  • SAP experience would be advantageous.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is desirable but not essential.
