About the Customer Service Advisor role:

  • Monday to Friday - No weekends!
  • Working hours are 08.00am to 4.30pm
  • £12.71 per hour
  • Temporary ongoing role
  • Based in Stratton area (on main bus route)

Duties for the Customer Service Advisor role:

  • Contacting customers regarding orders and updates via email and phone
  • Liaise with other internal team members
  • Using Warehouse Managment system - AS400
  • Entering information into reporting spreadsheets
  • Mostly systems admin work but some phone work
  • Ensure procedures are adhered to in line with company policy and best practice

Experience / Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor role:

  • Good PC skills, including experience of Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
  • Strong attention to detail and articulate both verbally and written
  • Ability to work independently
