About the Customer Service Advisor role:
- Monday to Friday - No weekends!
- Working hours are 08.00am to 4.30pm
- £12.71 per hour
- Temporary ongoing role
- Based in Stratton area (on main bus route)
Duties for the Customer Service Advisor role:
- Contacting customers regarding orders and updates via email and phone
- Liaise with other internal team members
- Using Warehouse Managment system - AS400
- Entering information into reporting spreadsheets
- Mostly systems admin work but some phone work
- Ensure procedures are adhered to in line with company policy and best practice
Experience / Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor role:
- Good PC skills, including experience of Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail and articulate both verbally and written
- Ability to work independently
