Customer Service Advisor in Brighouse, West Yorkshire

We have partnered with a global manufacturing organisation who represents multiple brands sold in 23 sales outlets across Europe.

This employer operates out of Wakefield and are now looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to their team.

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor will include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage customer enquiries through to resolution.
• Process and coordinate customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support fulfilment, logistics, and installations.
• Provide customers with regular updates on orders, deliveries, and service requests.
• Manage returns, complaints, and non-conformance issues, ensuring effective resolution.
• Coordinate sample requests and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and opportunities to enhance customer experience.

We are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:

• Experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar within a manufacturing organisation
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, face-to-face)
• Experience and proficiency with order processing software and CRM systems
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor in a B2B environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £30,000 per annum
• 8% pension (3% employer contribution)
• Enhanced Maternity & Paternity leave
• 37 hours a week (7am - 4pm)
