We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, growing international business for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and communication skills who enjoys providing first-class service while coordinating orders from enquiry through to delivery.
The RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and queries are resolved efficiently. You'll work closely with internal departments to provide a seamless customer experience and support both UK and international accounts.
Key Responsibilities-
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintaining and updating customer information within the CRM system.

Liaising with internal teams including Sales, Logistics and Warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Providing updates on deliveries, stock availability and order progress.

Handling customer queries and resolving issues with a proactive approach.

Producing and maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Supporting the wider customer service team with administrative duties as required.
We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in a busy office environment.
Ideally, you'll have:-
Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support or Customer Administration role.

Experience of sales order processing.

Good working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Experience supporting export or international customers, including an understanding of export documentation or processes.

The ability to speak an additional language.
