Customer Service Advisor in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and wants to build a career in sales and customer service?

We are looking for Customer Sales & Service Advisors to join our client’s team at their state-of-the-art office in Motherwell. No previous product knowledge is required we are just looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

The Role

· Support customers across sales and customer service

· Handle calls, live chat and emails

· Help with quotes, purchases, renewals and policy queries

· Identify opportunities to offer relevant products and services

· Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

· Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

· Work towards KPIs and service targets

• Confident and friendly communicator
• Customer-focused and empathetic
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with both sales and service conversations
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Keen to learn and develop
• Previous insurance experience is not essential
