Customer Service Advisor
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: Monday to Friday (Shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm)
Salary: £25,500 – £26,000 per annum
Contract: (5 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Providing clear, helpful assistance across multiple communication channels (telephone, email, and written correspondence), handling general enquiries, orders, and membership records.
- Administrative Duties: Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including processing basic financial data, logging activity hours, drafting letters, and resolving initial customer queries.
- Operational Support: Assisting with online listings, coordination enquiries, and supporting central campaign activities to ensure accurate processing of incoming payments and orders.
- Data Management: Accurately updating internal databases and client records in full compliance with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an organised, articulate, and adaptable communicator with strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving. A background in customer service particularly phone-based or contact centre work is key to succeeding in this role.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience, ideally within a telephone-based environment.
- Good general standard of education (GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths).
- Strong organisational skills and accurate record-keeping ability.
- A positive, supportive attitude toward team goals.
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience in a busy office or administrative environment.
- Familiarity with central CRM databases or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience handling high-volume data entry or order processing.
