We are looking for a team of professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to support an upcoming outbound calling campaign on behalf of a major national programme.

This is a short-term temporary assignment, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the confidence to follow a structured call script while handling customer queries professionally.

Assignment Details
* Pay: £13.45 per hour
* Start Date: 1st October
* End Date: 16th October
* Location: Fully Remote
* Requirements: Own IT equipment - specifications below

The Role
You will be making outbound calls to organisations to:
* Inform users about an upcoming service transition.
* Explain key changes and what users need to do to prepare.
* Identify customers who may require additional support.
* Promote participation in an early adoption programme where appropriate.
* Direct users to available guidance and support materials.
* Capture and accurately record customer feedback.
* Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
* Follow call scripts, FAQs, and campaign guidance provided.

About You
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have previous customer service, contact centre, telesales, or outbound calling experience.
* Are confident speaking with customers over the phone.
* Can clearly explain information and follow structured scripts.
* Have excellent listening and communication skills.
* Are comfortable handling customer queries and objections.
* Can accurately document information and feedback.
* Are reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

Compliance Requirements
Successful applicants must be able to pass:
* Right to Work checks
* DBS Check
* Reference Checks
* BPSS Clearance

Equipment Requirements (BYOD)
Applicants must have their own equipment, including:
* Windows 11 (23H2 or above)
* Processor 2.4GHz or above
* Minimum 4GB RAM (8GB preferred)
* Fully updated Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser
* Up-to-date antivirus software
* USB headset
* Webcam
* Minimum broadband speed of 10-15 Mbps
