The Company
An established international FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Customer Fulfilment & Logistics Coordinator to join its Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating orders, managing logistics and working across multiple departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer fulfilment, logistics, supply chain, order management or customer service within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
The Role
Working within a busy Supply Chain function, you will take ownership of the customer order process from receipt through to delivery. You will liaise with customers, production, planning, warehouse, transport providers and sales teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
You will monitor customer orders, resolve delivery queries, coordinate transport arrangements, maintain accurate ERP records and provide clear communication throughout the fulfilment process. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute towards achieving excellent performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from order entry through to delivery.
Coordinate transport, shipping and logistics activities.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times and deliveries.
Work closely with Planning, Production, Warehouse and Sales teams.
Maintain accurate ERP and customer data.
Resolve delivery issues and customer queries professionally.
Monitor stock availability and support order prioritisation.
Prepare shipping documentation and administrative records where required.
Support reporting and continuous improvement across the Supply Chain function.
About You
You will have previous experience in a Customer Fulfilment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service or Order Management role within manufacturing, food production or FMCG.
You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and will be confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience using ERP systems together with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, would be highly beneficial.
