Customer Service Coordinator – Shipping & Logistics in Felixstowe

Time Appointments are working with a successful and growing business in Felixstowe who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

You'll be the key point of contact for customers and clients, handling bookings, ensuring information is captured accurately and keeping communication clear and professional from start to finish.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customers and clients regarding bookings
• Ensuring booking details are captured accurately and within agreed timescales
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
• Providing a professional and responsive customer service
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues where required
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date
• Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of customer accounts

Skills & Experience Required:

• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Previous experience within Shipping & Logistics is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• A motivated, positive and determined approach
• The confidence to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
