The successful Customer Service Executive should have:

• Proven experience within a customer service, sales or customer-facing role
• A confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience handling customer queries, complaints, returns or order-related issues
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach with the ability to learn new systems and processes

In this role, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for:

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a friendly and professional service
• Processing customer orders accurately and managing them through to delivery
• Liaising with warehouse teams, couriers and suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly
• Handling customer queries, complaints, damages and returns, resolving issues in a timely manner
• Keeping customers proactively updated throughout the order journey and supporting the wider team where required
