Customer Service & Logistics Executive | Retail | Central London | £40k

FTC 9-12 months, Hybrid working (Friday Working From Home)

I'm partnering with a fast-growing luxury brand to appoint a Customer Service & Logistics Executive.

The business is in an exciting period of growth, with major international expansion and further retail growth planned.

This is a broad role sitting across customer service, order management, stock, logistics and supply chain, working with retail customers, internal teams, warehouses and 3PL partners across international markets.

Applicants must be immediately available or able to start at short notice and must have the right to work in the UK.

The role

  • Manage B2B customer orders end-to-end, from SAP order entry through to dispatch

  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing updates on orders, availability and delivery

  • Coordinate international shipments, transport, customs and 3PL activity

  • Maintain accurate stock records and investigate inventory discrepancies

  • Support stock transfers, boutique replenishment and consignment reconciliations

  • Work closely with warehouses and 3PL partners across multiple global locations

  • Support inbound purchase orders, logistics costs and invoice reconciliation

  • Work with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to resolve operational issues

  • Support the growing e-commerce operation, including website, Amazon and TikTok Shop

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy and efficiency

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have experience across customer service/order management and logistics or supply chain, ideally within luxury, beauty, fashion, retail, FMCG or another premium product-led business.

You'll need:

  • SAP experience - essential

  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables

  • Experience managing customer orders through to fulfilment

  • Exposure to international logistics, warehousing and/or 3PLs

  • Strong attention to detail and confidence

Whilst the role is initially on a 9-12 month FTC, there is an opportunity for the role to become permanent.
