We are currently seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable franchised main dealership in Plymouth, Devon.   • Monday to Friday working week with Saturday mornings on a one-in-four basis

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships
  • Managing service appointment bookings and explaining vehicle repairs and servicing needs
  • Assisting with workshop scheduling and ensuring efficient workflow
  • Promoting dealership services and generating upsell opportunities
  • Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Handling administrative tasks related to the service department operations
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with face-to-face customer interaction
  • Full valid UK driver’s licence
  • Professional attitude with a proactive approach to work
