Customer Service Manager in Twickenham, London

A luxury housing developer are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager to join them on site in Twickenham

This role is handling the customer from reservation through to after completion ensuring that the move in process is an exceptional level. I am looking for someone with experience working for a luxury builder previously that can be in either sales or customer service/relations

As a Customer Relations Manager you will be required to:

* Work closely with the Sales Team on site

* Managing the customer journey from reservation through to completion

* Dealing with customer complaints and queries

* Delivering a 5* customer journey

* Track customer issues and closing them off once dealt with

* Deal with handovers with customers & performing home demonstrations

* Promoting a good working relationship with site teams
