Your Future role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our Customer Service team. This is a key role focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient management of Parts and Repair operations, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining effective stock control, and delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
Working collaboratively across departments and with external partners, you will help drive operational efficiency, support customer needs, and contribute to a high-performing service function. Occasional travel to other company sites will be required, typically a few times each year.
We'll look to you for:
- Manage customer enquiries and returns
- Launch repair processes from Notifications, Sales Orders and Service Exchange request
- Expedite orders and ensure delivery performance targets are met
- Control stock levels for repairable materials
- Set repair priorities and liaise with Workshop teams
- Raise Purchase Orders for external repairs
- Obtain and manage supplier quotations, pricing, and lead times
- Maintain accurate SAP records and order book data
- Monitor delivery KPIs, identify root causes, and support improvement actions
- Resolve invoice queries and support wider supply chain activities
- Support wider GSI activities and may include providing cover for operations across other Plants (e.g. Plymouth and Ireland) as required.
- Coordinate all parts and repair enquiries, orders, and service requests from customers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Manage the end-to-end repair process, ensuring timely processing, tracking, and completion of repair activities.
- Coordinate the shipment, receipt, and return of parts and repaired equipment.
- Prepare quotations for parts, repairs, and associated services in line with company procedures.
- Work closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to manage repair plans
- Escalate delays and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Support OTIF delivery performance and customer updates
- Coordinate logistics for overhaul and repair activities
