Customer Service/Sales Advisor in Huddersfield

Following a superb year of business growth, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their friendly and vibrant team. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm , with no weekends involved , this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is looking to develop their career within a growing business. Salary basic starts at £26,789 with the offer of future progression also available

• Handling calls from both new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Processing customer orders accurately over the telephone
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
• Liaising with the Production Department regarding orders and any additional requirements
• Dealing with customer complaints and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
• Identifying opportunities to support sales and develop customer relationships
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation using internal systems
• Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently

• Previous experience within a Customer Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role is essential
• Experience within the Manufacturing industry would be advantageous but is not essential
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• A professional approach with a strong focus on customer service
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting customers and the wider team
