This organisation based in North Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their busy and fast-paced environment.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and leading the team that supports customers on a day-to-day basis. This includes:
- Ensuring a seamless customer journey from end-to-end
- Ensure service standards are consistently and continuously met
- Resolving escalated issues
- Supporting and developing the team of customer service advisers
- Improving performance and processes
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a customer service team leader will help you succeed in this role. You will have experience leading or supervising customer-facing teams, can deliver excellent customer service and improve customer outcomes. You're organised and can manage competing priorities, as well as supporting team development and ensuring high standards are met. You're an excellent communicator and can work well under pressure and tight deadlines. If you also come from a background where you have supported a full end-to-end customer journey or in a service-led industry, this would be beneficial.
You will also need to be able to work 5 days a week on-site.
