Salary will reflect experience and qualifications in line with the London Teachers Pay Scale.

Transparency Education is seeking a dependable and adaptable Daily Supply Teacher to support primary schools across Sutton from September 2026. This opportunity would suit an experienced teacher who enjoys working in different settings, can quickly establish positive classroom routines and wants more control over their working week.
Assignments may cover EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes. Work could include pre-arranged bookings as well as short-notice cover, depending on your availability.

The role
As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will:
• Deliver lessons using work and planning provided by the school.
• Maintain a positive, focused and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt quickly to different year groups, school systems and pupil needs.
• Follow each school’s safeguarding, behaviour and curriculum policies.
• Provide clear feedback about learning, behaviour and any issues arising during the day.
• Support pupils with different learning needs and levels of attainment.
• Work professionally with teaching assistants, office staff and senior leaders.
• Represent Transparency Education positively in every placement.

About you
To be considered, you should:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status or an accepted equivalent.
• Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school or a closely comparable setting.
• Demonstrate secure knowledge of the EYFS framework or the National Curriculum.
• Be confident managing a classroom independently.
• Be able to build rapport with pupils quickly.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with school staff.
• Be organised, punctual and comfortable working in unfamiliar environments.
• Be available for regular part-time bookings during the school week.
• ECTs with strong placement experience are welcome to apply, although applicants must be confident taking responsibility for a class at short notice.
