Client Details

Our client is a well-established housing organisation responsible for managing approximately 1,700 homes and 500 leasehold properties across a concentrated residential portfolio in South London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor, Disrepair Surveyor, Damp & Mould Specialist, or Technical Surveyor to take ownership of complex disrepair, damp and mould, and building defect cases while helping to improve homes, reduce legal exposure, and deliver excellent resident outcomes.
