You’ll play an important role in delivering detailed analysis and reporting that supports accurate decision-making and positive customer outcomes. Previous pensions experience is not required — what matters is your analytical ability, attention to detail and experience working within a structured, regulated or quality-focused environment.
Package & Benefits for the Data Analyst:
- £30,000 – £32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities for the Data Analyst:
- Analyse financial data, provider information and supporting documentation
- Produce detailed analysis and reports to a consistently high standard of accuracy
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies or missing information within data sets and documentation
- Analyse information from multiple sources and ensure findings are clearly and accurately documented
- Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes through accurate and thorough analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the effective use of technology and automation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Follow established processes and procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and an interest in developing a career within financial services.
Experience for the Data Analyst:
- Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, investments, lending, wealth management or another regulated environment
- Experience analysing data, preparing reports or working within structured administrative or operational processes
- A proven ability to produce accurate documentation and work to defined quality and compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing information
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a wider team
- A willingness to learn, develop specialist knowledge and progress within a regulated financial services environment
