Data Centre Engineer

Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Data Centre Engineer to join our long standing client based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll join a expanding team, supporting the maintenance and upkeep of their main data centre based in portsmouth. The role will see you cover everything from troubleshooting, maintenance, installation and decommissioning of business critical datacentres.

This role will cover a key area of the business, and you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, whilst maintaining communications with business stakeholders throughout.

• Change & Project Support
• Security & Compliance
• Documentation & Reporting

Requirements:

• Troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
• Experience with enterprise storage platforms
• Prior data centre experience
• IT service management experience
• Currently holding SC Clearance
• Full Uk Driving License

Hours: 9:00-17:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: £45,000 to £48,000 Basic, with £7,800 on-call bonus + Overtime paid at time and a half.
