Decorator - Student Accommodation

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Decorator to support the turnaround of student accommodation ahead of the new academic intake. The successful candidate will carry out painting and decorating duties to ensure rooms and communal areas are presented to a high standard.

• 28/08/29 - 09:00 to 17:00
• 01/09/29 - 09:00 to 17:00
• 02/09/29 - 09:00 to 17:00
• 03/09/29 - 09:00 to 17:00
• 04/09/29 - 09:00 to 17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating works within student bedrooms, corridors, and communal areas.
• Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, and making good prior to painting.
• Conduct touch-up works to walls, woodwork, and fixtures.
• Ensure accommodation is maintained to a clean, safe, and presentable standard.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures on site.
