Democratic Services Team Leader

Our client, a South Yorkshire-based local authority, is currently recruiting for a Democratic Services Team Leader on a temporary, part-time basis. 

The position is due to start In September, on a 10-month basis. The rate negotiable depending on experience.  

Duties will include (but are not limited to): 

• Providing cabinet and decision-making support 

• Focusing on school admission appeals 

• Experience with management of staff  

• Providing Constitutional and Governance advice to committees 

Experience: 

• Experience clerking committees  

• Maintaining day to day cabinet committees  

Working hours: 

• Part-time, 4 days per week 

• Monday to Friday
