Deputy Nursery Manager

As our Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment for children, families and staff.

You will:

• Support the Nursery Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the setting

• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and external professionals

• Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional care and education

• Ensure children are safe, happy and thriving every day

• Bring the EYFS to life through meaningful, engaging experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3+ UK‑recognised Early Years qualification

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Confident understanding of safeguarding and child protection

• Previous leadership experience within a nursery setting

• A genuine passion for early years and making a real difference
