CAD/CAM Specialist Design & Technology Teacher – KS3–KS5

We are currently working with a well-established British international school in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Design & Technology Teacher specialising in CAD/CAM to join its secondary team.

The successful candidate will teach KS3–KS5, delivering engaging practical and digital design lessons across the British curriculum. The school is open to teachers with experience teaching up to KS4, with the opportunity to develop their KS5 teaching and build their experience within the department. ECTs are also welcome to apply, with ECT induction supported by the school.

Experience in CAD, 3D modelling, 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC or digital fabrication is highly desirable.

The Role

• Teach Design & Technology across KS3–KS5, including GCSE/A Level where applicable.
• Develop students' CAD/CAM, digital design and manufacturing skills.
• Deliver engaging, practical and project-based lessons.
• Support students from initial design concepts through to prototyping and manufacture.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and workshop safety.
• Contribute to the development of the D&T curriculum and department.
