School Site Manager in Hindley, Greater Manchester

Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a primary school in Hindley Green.

Job Type: Temporary - This is a medium to long-term opportunity with an immediate start available.

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Preferred split shift: 6:00am to 10:00am and 2:30pm to 6:00pm
• Flexibility available for the right candidate

Hourly Rate: £15ph

Duties:

• Opening and securing the school premises (key holding)
• Carrying out basic site maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring site compliance and health & safety standards are maintained
• Liaising with and overseeing contractors on site
• Supporting with site security and day-to-day operational issues
• Assisting with cleaning duties where required

Requirements:

• Previous Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Management experience
• Good understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
