Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year, dependent on experience

About the Role We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a small, nurturing and creative early years setting in Northwest London.
The nursery provides a warm and supportive environment where children learn through play, strong relationships and imaginative experiences. The setting places a strong focus on developing children's curiosity, confidence and creativity through art, music, storytelling and child-led play.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Act as a Key Person and build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Support children's individual learning and development through observations and assessments.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Promote children's health, safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
- Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and nursery procedures.
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
- Confidence supporting children's individual learning and progress.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and children's welfare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, reliable and enthusiastic, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
- Previous experience working within an early year setting.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification, or willingness to complete training.
- Experience with observations, assessments and planning.
- Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs.
