We are a specialist noise control and consultancy company based in Alton and have been trading for over 26 years. We have a very varied client base along with some very prestigious clients which provides a very interesting working challenge. We receive an enormously varied base of projects, and this workload continues to grow and develop.

We have sustainable growth year on year and are looking for candidates to join our team and work alongside some very experienced and professional consultants, designers, and engineers. Their knowledge and expertise will allow you to develop and achieve greater goals.

About the Role:

You will generally be involved in the following and all design, engineering, and project management areas of the business.

• Produce computer aided design solutions in AutoCAD format, capturing all information provided to you and learning from colleagues.
• Aid the company’s sales activities and respected client development. Assist with the formulation of the estimates and financial costing formats for various design, engineering, and project management solutions. This also includes tendering/quotations 
• Complete enquiry documents, liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure best price and solution is determined.
• Help prepare quotations.
• Assist with design, liaise with other members of staff to ensure best engineering practices are achieved and value engineering is completed to the highest of standards and any proposals offered, are to the correct standard, are competitive and simple to understand.
• General administrational duties linked to our CRM system. This may include risk assessments and any other HSE regulation documentational requirements. Method statements and all site documentation.
• Updating CRM system with progress report information.
• Attend internal meetings.
• Assist with site installations and physical site works. This may also include assisting with undertaking site surveys on all project types and sizes from small, medium to large. Also aiding site installation colleagues as required.
• Maintaining all of your site safety accreditations including CSCS.
