The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Design Manager to join a busy and growing national sub contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team environment on a variety of technically interesting projects.

The Company

A well-established speciaist contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across multiple sectors, including:

  • Residential
  • Healthcare
  • Industrial
  • Commercial
  • Projects are typically £1m–£15m in value

Requirements

  • Proven experience working for a Sub contractor as a Design Manager
  • Strong background in Facade, Cladding and Building Envelope packages
  • Experience across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, proactive, and positive approach
