Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from preconstruction to completion
• Manage consultants, design programmes, and project deliverables
• Identify and mitigate design risks, ensuring compliance and buildability
• Act as the key link between project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients

Requirements:

• Experience in a Design Manager, Design Coordinator, Architectural, or Technical role
• Experience within a contractor, subcontractor, or consultancy environment
• Essential: Experience delivering Department for Education (DfE) projects, including schools, colleges, or education framework schemes
