Our client, a reputable main dealership in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their service team. Duties:

• Diagnose and rectify complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Carry out advanced diagnostic, warranty, and repair work to manufacturer standards
• Complete Hybrid and EV repairs where qualified
• Utilise the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer software
• Perform hydraulic and electrical repairs safely and efficiently
• Support and mentor Apprentice Technicians where required
• Ensure all work is completed accurately while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
• Comply with manufacturer and health & safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and workshop efficiency

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
• Recognised Diagnostic Vehicle Technician qualification
• Previous experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or manufacturer-trained Vehicle Technician
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Proactive team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Full UK Driving Licence
