Our client, a reputable automotive dealer group in Crawley, is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to enhance their diagnostics expertise within an established and forward-thinking organisation.

- Conduct complex diagnostic, warranty, and repair work on a diverse range of vehicles
- Perform EV maintenance and hydraulic repairs as qualified
- Utilise diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Carry out repairs adhering to manufacturer standards and safety protocols
- Assist and mentor apprentice technicians to support their development
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout all tasks
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and manufacturer updates
- Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Recognised diagnostic qualification
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or similar role
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- A proactive attitude with a desire for continuous development within the automotive industry
- Experience working with electrical and hybrid vehicles is advantageous
