Our client, a reputable dealership in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This vacancy offers an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians to advance their careers within a well-established environment. We are recruiting for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician who is dedicated, reliable, and technical proficient.

Duties of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct diagnostic vehicle repairs and fault finding on a diverse range of vehicles
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify mechanical and electronic faults
  • Complete all repairs to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Maintain comprehensive diagnostic and repair records
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols within the workshop environment
  • Provide clear explanations of technical issues to customers
  • Assist with general servicing and maintenance tasks as required
Requirements of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
  • Previous experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or in a similar role is essential
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with diagnostic equipment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent
  • Ability to work efficiently independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
