Domestic Abuse Safe Refuge Practitioner Full or Part Time

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for Full or Part Time Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Refuge Practitioner for a leading Domestic Violence Recovery Service based in the LE1 post code area of Leicester.

There is currently x1 Full time week 37 hour, x1 28 Hours a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-4.30pm, x1 22.5 hours a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-5pm vacancy. 

The successful applicant will be an experienced, compassionate individual who will be able to offer service users a first-class recovery in an industry leading working environment. 

Due to the need to meet clients at various locations a full driving licence and your own transport is required, fuel cost for travelling away from main base will be reimbursed. Please only apply if you have this. 

You will provide a high-quality frontline service to individuals who may have experienced trafficking and modern slavery, including sexual and criminal exploitation, domestic servitude, and other forms of exploitation. The role will be based in a safe house in the city area of Leicester supporting potential victims of modern slavery, and will also carry a small caseload of outreach clients across the city area of Leicester.

This is being recruited for on a temp to perm employed via the agency for first 12 weeks before joining the hirer permanently after that, in return for your commitment the hirer is able to offer a very competitive salary starting at £26,421 pro rata and when paid via our agency this is £16.82 per hour, with further regular reviews and increases to follow.
