Dual Registered Manager - Children's Residential EBD Homes
Location: Bury
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you a passionate and experienced manager looking to make a real difference in young people's lives?

Our client, a reputable organisation, is hiring for a dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children's residential EBD homes in Bury.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and managing two 2-bed children's homes (ages 8-16), with plans to expand to three beds, adding another senior team member.
• Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting and developing your team, including an Assistant Manager and reporting to the Head of Care.
• Building positive relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies.
• Overseeing daily operations, staff rotas, and care planning to promote stability and growth for the young people.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Level 3 Children & Young People (CYP) or equivalent, with a strong preference for working towards Level 5.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A compassionate approach with a focus on positive outcomes for young people.
