Dumper Driver/groundworker

Red Sky Personnel are recruiting a Groundworker with a valid dumper driver ticket for airside groundworks projects at Heathrow Airport.

The Role

• Carrying out general groundworks duties including excavation support, drainage, kerbing, concreting and deep excavation work on airside projects at Heathrow.
• Operating a forward-tipping dumper to move materials safely around site as required.
• Working within a highly regulated, operational airport environment, following all airside rules and permit-to-work procedures.
• Working as part of a wider groundworks team, coordinating with the site team and site management to maintain programme and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven groundworker experience on civils/construction projects.
• Valid NPORS or CPCS Dumper ticket (forward-tipping dumper).
• Valid CSCS card.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Able to pass Heathrow’s airside security vetting and reference check.

Pay & Contract

• £20 per hour PAYE under CIJC
• 6 months initial contract with various other projects in the clients pipeline
