🚧 Dumper / Roller Operator Required - Porthmadog 🚧

First People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Dumper / Roller Operator to join a major tunnelling project in Porthmadog. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a high-profile infrastructure scheme with regular weekend overtime available.

📍 Porthmadog
💷 £20 per hour
💷 1.5x Rate on Saturdays & Sundays
⏱ Long-Term Work
☀️ Weekend Work Available

The Role:
You will be working as part of the groundworks team on a large-scale tunnelling project, operating dumper and roller machinery while also assisting with general groundworks duties when required. This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate must be happy to jump off the machine and support the team to keep the project progressing safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
✔ Valid Dumper Ticket
✔ Valid Roller Ticket
✔ Previous experience on civils, infrastructure, or tunnelling projects
✔ Willingness to assist with general groundworks duties
✔ Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
✔ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
