📍 Cardiff (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

💰 £50,000 - £60,000

This role sits within a digital solutions team focused on delivering business‑critical systems using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You'll own features end to end, from requirements and design through to build and release. It's a delivery‑focused role with strong stakeholder interaction and exposure to AI‑enabled development practices.

What You'll Do:

• Take full ownership of features across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Work directly with stakeholders to shape requirements and technical designs.
• Build and configure solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dynamics.
• Develop custom components using C# and JavaScript where required.
• Produce clear technical documentation and maintainable solutions.
• Use AI tools to improve build quality, speed and delivery practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Commercial experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong Power Platform experience across Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ability to read and write code within a Dynamics environment.
• Confident stakeholder communication skills.
• An AI‑first mindset and interest in modern delivery approaches.
