Your role:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Support the individual needs and development of each child
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, engaging environment
- Build positive, trusting relationships with parents and carers
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- A caring, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach
