£95 - £120 per day (Based on Hours and experience) | PAYE

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools and nursery settings across the London Borough of Hackney who are seeking enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators to join their Early Years teams from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to support children during the most important stage of their development within vibrant, child-centred settings that place learning through play at the heart of everything they do.

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Deliver engaging, play-based activities that encourage curiosity and independence.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress accurately.
• Promote positive behaviour and support children's social and emotional development.

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or recognised equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery, children's centre or primary school Early Years setting.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
