As an Ecologist, you will undertake a variety of ecological surveys, protected species assessments, habitat surveys and report writing, while supporting projects from initial site appraisal through to completion. The successful Ecologist will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to biodiversity and conservation initiatives, and have the opportunity to develop technical skills and progress within the business. This Ecologist position offers exposure to a varied project portfolio across the South East from the Brighton office. Requirements:

• Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related discipline
• Experience undertaking ecological surveys and producing technical reports
• Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and survey methodologies
• Membership of CIEEM or working towards it is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
• Living in or within a reasonable commuting distance of the Brighton office
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to field and office-based work
