We welcome applications from ECTs who:

• Hold (or will achieve before September) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have completed or are completing a secondary teacher training programme.
• Are passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
• Have strong classroom management skills or are eager to develop them.
• Are committed to helping every student achieve their full potential.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
• Are adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in different school environments.
• Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one through Tradewind Recruitment.
• Can provide satisfactory references covering recent education or employment history.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
