£28,000–£35,000 base salary depending on experience + OTE

About the Role

A leading education recruitment business is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join its Birmingham team.

You'll build strong relationships with schools and education professionals, matching talented candidates with opportunities across the sector.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role involving:

• Developing new business and growing existing relationships
• Managing and building a portfolio of schools
• Identifying recruitment opportunities and providing tailored solutions
• Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Minimum of 12 months working within a 360-degree Education Recruitment role
• Enjoys building relationships and meeting new people
• Is confident, driven and commercially minded
• Enjoys working towards targets and achieving results
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is resilient, proactive and eager to develop
• Has recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience (graduates with relevant experience are also welcome)
• Holds a full UK driving licence and is happy to travel to schools
