I am working with a leading building services consultancy seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join their growing team. As An Associate / Senior Electrical Engineer, You Will:
- Lead the electrical design and delivery of building services projects across a range of sectors.
- Manage projects through all design stages, ensuring technical excellence, programme delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and review detailed electrical calculations, specifications, reports and technical documentation.
- Design power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm and specialist electrical systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development activities.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership across projects.
- Experience within a building services consultancy environment as a Senior or Associate Electrical Engineer.
- Proven experience delivering Data Centre, mission critical or similarly complex electrical engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, electrical design standards and industry best practices.
- Experience using industry-standard software such as Amtech, Dialux, Relux, Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-focused approach.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline. Chartered status or progress towards CEng would be advantageous.
