Trevett Services are working with one of the World’s largest FM providers on a key heritage contract of theirs. Our client is looking to recruit a technically sound Electrical Engineer to join their team in Manchester.

The Role:

As an electrical engineer, you will be working on 6x large heritage buildings across the same campus. You will be working on HVAC, fire alarms, gas suppression systems, emergency lighting, pumping systems, underfloor heating, emergency generators, fire sprinkler systems together with BMS systems.

Your hours of work will be Mon-Thurs 08:00 – 16:00, with Fri being 08:00 – 15:30. There is a call out rota TBC, which will be paid at 1.5x or 2x the rate depending on the day and time.

Qualifications & Experience:

Our client requires candidates to hold the following:

• A level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering
• 18th edition
