Are you an Electrical Estimator looking to work on some of London's most prestigious super-prime residential and bespoke commercial projects?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a growing and highly respected electrical contractor delivering luxury residential, high-end commercial and design-led electrical installations across London and the South East.

Offering hybrid working, a strong pipeline of secured work and direct exposure to company leadership, this role is ideal for an Electrical Estimator looking to progress into a senior or leadership position in the future.

The Role As an Electrical Estimator, you'll be responsible for managing the tender process from enquiry through to submission on a range of luxury residential and bespoke commercial electrical projects.

Responsibilities include:
  • Producing detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions
  • Pricing high-end residential and commercial electrical installations
  • Reviewing electrical drawings, specifications and client requirements
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, design teams and directors
  • Supporting commercial strategy and project acquisition
  • Identifying value engineering opportunities
  • Assisting with the future growth and development of the estimating team
Requirements To be considered for this Electrical Estimator position, you should have:
  • Experience working as an Electrical Estimator within the building services or construction sector
  • Experience pricing electrical projects within residential, commercial or high-end construction environments
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, specifications and tendering processes
  • Ability to manage tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission
  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness
  • Ambition to progress and take on greater responsibility over time
