Electrical Fire Service Engineer - Canary Wharf

Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing fire and security solutions provider, who, due to continued expansion, are seeking a Electrical Fire Systems Service Engineer to join their field-based team in London.

Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire safety, suppression, and security solutions across a nationwide customer base. The role will be field based, covering London and surrounding areas, offering a competitive salary up to £47k plus an earning potential up to c£63k alongside a comprehensive benefits package including a company van, fuel card, uniform, ongoing training, increasing annual leave with service and career development opportunities.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar role within fire security engineering
• Awareness of workplace safety requirements and the importance of following procedures and industry standards
• Ability to identify faults, diagnosing issues and providing technical solutions
• Confident dealing with a range customers and colleagues

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing and inspections of fire and security systems
• Undertake electrical repairs, fault finding, testing and installation works as required.
• Ensure all systems and equipment are maintained and operated in accordance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
• Complete accurate and detailed service reports, inspection records and maintenance documentation
• Identify system faults and defects, providing clear recommendations and ensuring remedial works are reported and followed up promptly
