Electrical Improver

Structure Recruitment is looking for an experienced Electrical Improver to join an ongoing project across various sites in Southampton. This role is suited to a genuinely experienced improver who is confident working outdoors and travelling between multiple sites.

Scope of Works

• Installation of SUEZ equipment on various sites across Southampton
• Installation of SWA (Steel Wire Armoured) cables
• Mounting of weatherproof enclosures
• Working on street works sites

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as an Electrical Improver (essential — not entry level)
• Valid ECS card
• Full UK driving licence, with own transport for travel between Southampton sites
• Comfortable working outdoors on street works sites in all weather
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work overtime when required

Hours & Pay

• 10-hour working days, with some overtime available
• Competitive rate, dependent on experience
