Position: Resident Engineer
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £38,000 Basic Salary + Pool Van


About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
• Reactive maintenance
• Computer literate
• Client facing skills to communicate with the client
• Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance.

Package & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of up to £38,000
• Training Provided
• Monday to Friday - Working hours are as follows: Week 1: 7am - 4pm, Week 2: 8am - 5pm, Week 3: 9am - 6pm then start the rota again.
• On call 1 in 3, £130pw Standby and Saturday & Sunday 8am to 1pm onsite overtime when on call. When on call, can use the company pool van for the week.
• Pool van available on site to travel to over sites within the portfolio
• 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Option to buy up to 5 days holiday

Requirements:

• Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
• Previous experience as a time-served engineer.
• 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
• Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
• Paying up to £38,000 P/A & other company related benefits.
